General information

1. The Anime Manga Project (AMP) server group (in the following called "Anime Manga Project (AMP)"), is a union of several servers under the administration of Benedikt Hübschen (SailorCM), Jasmin Hübschen-Kabuth (usagimoon) and Rainer Kalthoff (Pandarve)
    
2. It does not act with the administration around an individual, of therefore is inquiries to info@anime-manga-project.de to be addressed.

§1 Predestinations

1. All following regulations and rules refer to the InterNet service under the Domain anime-manga-project.de and all further Domains and IP addresses, which are used directly or offered by this service.
    
2. By use of the Anime Manga Project (AMP), directly in which form, explains a user obligatorily these use conditions to have read and with it agree.

7. It is not permit to use the Anime Manga Project (AMP) for commercial purposes, as for instance to demand fees, for chatting in our network.
    

§3 Data security and privacy

1. Anime Manga Project (AMP) raise, process and use those data, which are sent by the user to the InterNet service. Storage takes place electronically. In addition around the InterNet service data for the call of offers (use data) will improve held.
